Bruhh provides mock tests, practice material, performance information, and preparation tools intended to support exam preparation. The Service is an educational and practice platform and is not an official examination, testing authority, college, university, or admissions body.

References to CAT, OMETs, colleges, universities, or other examinations and institutions are provided for preparation and informational purposes only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization unless expressly stated.

Mock-test scores, percentiles, rankings, predictions, recommendations, analytics, and other performance indicators are estimates or practice results unless expressly identified as official information.

Results may be affected by the methodology, available data, question difficulty, scoring rules, technical limitations, or other factors. We do not guarantee that a mock score, percentile, prediction, or recommendation will correspond to a result in any actual examination or admission process.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or infrastructure;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit Service content without authorization;
• share account credentials or allow another person to use your account where doing so is prohibited;
• scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile, or systematically extract content or data except where expressly permitted by law;
• interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Service;
• upload malicious code, harmful files, or content that infringes another person's rights; or
• use automated methods to manipulate scores, rankings, attempts, or other platform functionality.

The Service and its original content, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, question sets, explanations, interfaces, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Bruhh and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You retain ownership of information and content you submit to the Service, to the extent you have rights in that material. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and use such material to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information or content you submit does not violate applicable law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including authentication, hosting, payment, analytics, or other infrastructure providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for services that are controlled by independent third parties.

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may perform maintenance, introduce changes, suspend features, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary.

We may also update or modify tests, questions, scoring methods, features, interfaces, and other content as the Service develops.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

You are responsible for how you use information and results provided by the Service. We do not guarantee admission, examination performance, percentile, rank, employment, or any other educational or career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bruhh and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, engaged in abuse, or where suspension is necessary to protect the Service or its users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Bruhh and the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the courts or dispute-resolution forum having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
